About the artist

Mojdeh Beheshti

 

 

  Mojdeh is an art collector, teacher, and independent artist with over 20 years of experience in this field.

In her business, she supports and advocates for younger artists to ensure they can find their potential audience. www.mojdeh.us

In her teaching, she focuses on a student-centered approach. She believes a positive and supportive learning environment can help students feel more confident and take more risks in creatively expressing themselves. Now she is working with the San Diego Unified School District, teaching visual and performing arts to several public schools in our community and encouraging a lifelong passion of learning in our students. In her art, she uses different techniques including oil, acrylics, pastels, and mixed media. She has published several articles about art and painting styles in Plastic Art Magazine, Tehran.
